Growing up on the Northern Beaches, Harry’s passion for health and movement was shaped through rugby and his years of volunteering as a Newport surf lifesaver. He went on to complete a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science (UTS) and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology (CSU), and has since dedicated his career to helping individuals improve strength, movement, and overall confidence in their bodies. Drawing on his expertise as an Exercise Physiologist, Harry implements tailored training methods and management strategies to support people living with chronic conditions or recovering from long-term injuries. His approach prioritises sustainable function and long-term health outcomes over short-term fixes, ensuring each client is set up for lasting success.

Jordy is an Accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist, coach, and fitness trainer with a passion for empowering people to make sustainable lifestyle choices that support long-term health and wellness. Her approach is holistic and client-focused, tailoring programs to align with each individual’s goals while integrating the foundational pillars of health: movement, mindset, nutrition, hydration, recovery, and breath. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Jordy deeply understands the frustrations and roadblocks her clients face. She has developed effective strategies to help them stay focused, motivated, accountable, and disciplined—building confidence and resilience along the way.

Meet Rob, Personal Trainer, Wellness Advocate & Community Coach. ​ Based on the Central Coast of NSW, Rob is a dedicated personal trainer with over 12 years experience and wellbeing facilitator with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Offering 1:1 personal training, small group classes, corporate fitness sessions, and mental health & wellbeing workshops, Rob supports clients across all stages of life, from school kids to professionals, surf clubs to sporting teams. ​ Rob’s approach goes beyond just physical fitness. By combining functional full-body movement, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and a 360º perspective on health, he helps clients reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable strength, inside and out. His sessions often include guided breathwork or mindfulness to reset the nervous system and build resilience.
