The 10 Class Pack provides structured, coach-led training designed to improve strength, mobility, energy levels, and overall quality of life. Sessions are supervised by Exercise Physiologists, ensuring safe, effective progression whether your goal is performance, injury prevention, or long-term health.

Ideal for individuals wanting consistency without weekly commitments.

Designed specifically for golfers wanting to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and extend their playing longevity.

These specialised sessions focus on rotational strength, mobility, balance, and power development essential for an efficient golf swing. Training is led by Exercise Physiologists who understand biomechanics and movement efficiency relevant to golf performance.

Our infrared sauna provides a gentle, therapeutic heat experience designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the surrounding air, infrared technology warms the body directly, promoting a deeper sweat at lower, more comfortable temperatures.
