ABOUT US

Want to know what makes us so different from the rest?

In 2024 Fit State of Mind has found a new place to call home! We are in the final stages of our new warehouse build. Our new location was found in the hopes it would be a true escape for your body and mind.  

FITSOM is a unique fitness community based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We take fitness back to basics; combining full-body movement and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Adopting a 360º view on health, nutrition and fitness, our classes provide a motivating environment to train your body and get it moving the way it was born to. 

With a passion for mental health and equipping clients with tools and techniques to help navigate the stresses of everyday life, FITSOM aims to provide a unique environment where people feel confident and supported. 

You will experience both indoor and outdoor classes and often finish a session with guided breath-work or a short meditation to support your nervous system as well as your body.

We offer group fitness training, corporate fitness sessions (both in person and online), personal training, sports coaching and mental resilience workshops.
