Fitsom is a community. A group of likeminded individuals who love connecting with people and focusing on their health and fitness, body mentally and physically. 


Fit State of Mind or FITSOM is a personal training studio, based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. ​We take fitness back to basics; combining full body functional movements + High Intensity Interval Training. Adopting a 360º view on health, nutrition and fitness, FITSOM provides a motivating environment to train your body and get it moving the way it was born to.

We focus on training your body to jump, run, lift and move in an athletic and balanced motion, resulting in greater flexibility, strength and core control. Fitness is a lifetime investment, and we aim to help our clients fit it into their busy  routines with ease and enjoyment.


Our programs are structured around the basic principles of cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We retrain your body to perform the way it was made to. Rob's experience in boxing, HIIT, all forms of circuit, strength and cardio based training allows him to create fresh and unique sessions to keep you motivated and excited about your health and fitness. We can't wait to welcome you into our new space.
